Have you ever just HAD IT with a company???? Well right now it is SPRINT, the current carrier of our cell phones. It all started in September when we were deciding on whether we would renew our contract with them. Well, we wanted to get Caitlyn a cell phone for her birthday and they offered $150.00 credit per phone (2 phones) if we would renew. So we did. Caitlyn and I upgraded our phones and all was well until we got our next bill. OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!! Almost 500.00$. When we called them about it, not only did they NOT credit it us for each line we renewed, but they also charged a phone upgrade fee and then charged us our bill and another bill right on top of it. We were so frustrated with them and argued with them about said bill until Christmas when they shut all 3 phones off. We finally paid them (now 600.00) because they would not back down and to cancel all three contracts would have been another 600.00$. Well we got our phones back on and two weeks later got another bill saying we owed another 200.00. Can you believe that? They finally admitted that was their mistake and after turning Cailtyns phone off, agreed to make it right. Her phone is STILL not working. IT will receive calls but she can not make them or text. And now today...a week later...my phone is not working again! I COULD SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOUDLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OFTEN!!!!!!!!!! REPEATEDLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I am venting because I am extremely frustrated with SPRINT! I think we may just end up cancelling and going elsewhere.. I dont know what else to do! HELP!

I love companies that have GREAT customer service and try to make the consumer's life easier.
Call Get Gephardt! That is so frustrating. I've used T-mobile and now Verison and we haven't had any problems. I'm so sorry!
Urgh! That's so frustrating! Really, you should call get gephardt! Sounds like you've done all you can, and that Sprint just sucks. But you hate to change and loose even MORE money. Ick. Sorry!
