This past month and into December has been an absolute blur. I am so very tired. About 5 weeks ago, Kris went into work and was told they were going in a different direction due to finances with the company and that he was no longer needed. On top of that, was given about 15 minutes to leave the office. WOW, was that ever a shock and we didn't see if coming. We are both still a bit baffled but are emerging out of the fog and confusion, depression etc that has encompassed us the past 5 weeks. In my heart I think...lets go home. Lets get the heck out of here and go home. But alas, we need a job there, to go home too. :) If you know of anything, let us know. In the meantime, Kris is applying all over the country. He has had a phone interview in Prove, Utah, Louisville, KY and near Richmond, VA. We will see what happens. I am going to start subbing up here as soon as my fingerprinting gets done which is next saturday. Kris has an interview with a local company here on Wednesday.
So please forgive me for not posting for a while. I have had absolutely NO desire to do so. So often feelings of failing and inadequacy have plagued me. Just keep us in your prayers please!!
Love to all!

Isn't so frustrating when you can't see where you're being led to? But the best thing that ever happened to us was having Eric fall off that electrical pole - it has ended up improving our lives like we never could have predicted! Keep having faith, and look for more jobs back here in Utah!
That is so rough, and right before Christmas too! We'd love to have you move to Price, but I can't picture Kris wanting to be a miner, and that is about the only industry out here. :( They make good money, but it is hard, dirty work. Your family has been in my prayers.
Hang in there! Things will look up soon... As much as I'm sorry you're struggling, I hope it brings you back to Utah (and I'm sure your mom hopes so too)!
I know everyone wants you to go back to Utah, but so many people up here love you too! We know you'll end up where the Lord takes you and I'm hoping for Northern Caribou. You guys are in our prayers and thoughts and, by the way, you did a FANTASTIC job on Enrichment night. Everything was beautiful and the food extra tasty! I'll call you tomorrow and take you out to lunch. I want greasy hamburgers.
We wish you the best and will keep you in our prayers. Loves.
Oh wow, how upsetting and frustrating and lots of things nin between. I wish I was there to hug you all! I'm so sorry. I'll have Bryan keep a look out. Any chance of Kris going back to Taxworks? Well, you are usually the one with the perspective for me. So I picture what you would tell me in this situation...everything happens for a reason and Heavenly Father will put you where you are needed most. Hope that helps. You're in our prayers!
