The kids were out of school Thursday and Friday for fall break and so we did a bit of playing. Caitlyn and her friend Ciera came with my mom and I to Gardner Village in Salt Lake. We went down to see the witches on display and to have some spookey girl fun!
The theme of this turned out to be "hats", we found hats everywhere and of course the girls wanted their pictures taken in all of them.

All in all we had a ton of fun and the girls had a blast. Caitlyn decided after seeing all the great decor there that she wants to do her room all black and white. I think it will be elegant and fun!
Then last night we ventured out to a haunted corn maze. We went to pumpkinaze up in West Haven. It is not as expensive and we went there last year and loved it. We made sure to go when the haunted spooks were in the maze waiting for us. These are a few of the ones we ran into

Wow! That looks like so much fun. We went to a not so scary but really HARD corn maze but the battery in my camera died so we haven't any pictures to share :(
I have to laugh ... the boys are outgrowing Kris!!! So TALL! and handsome ... and Caitlyn is such a beautiful YOUNG WOMAN!!!! Enjoy your HALLOWEEN!!!
I have to agree, about the boys outgrowing Kris, I dont really see it at home (but I am shorter than they are) but in these pictures, you really see it. Nick will be the tallest of all my kids. He outweighs nate by 45lbs...WOW. I and I think Caitlyn is particularly beautiful myself! I will pass that on to her! :)
I hate the chainsaw guys! They can tell I'm scared, so they chase me around. Where were the hat pics taken? It looks like a lot of fun. I can't believe how grown up Caitlyn looks. You are going to have your hands full!

PS- if you need an extra burst of "fright" just picture that creepy dentist from the play. Ick. Seriously.
